Intercontinental Suites Cleveland Clinic

I would not recommend this hotel if you need rest. Very thin walls and old style rooms.

The hotel was nice and centrally located. We had issues on Saturday as our room was not cleaned and when I called the front desk they sent me to housekeeping. The person I spoke to in housekeeping really didn't want to be bothered. They did send us clean towels.

Not a 4 star hotel, be warned. This hotel is meant for people visiting family at the Cleveland Clinic, do not stay here if you have any interest in Cleveland attractions, it is in a bad neighborhood. My boyfriend woke up with bug bites from the room, the carpet was stained horribly and the room smelled sterile but bad at the same time.

Very nice hotel, a little ways from downtown but very comfortable.

Hotel is very convenient for someone visiting clinic and is easy to reach from the interstate. Located on a busy street, but the room was very quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were small. The previous night we stayed at a Holiday Inn en-route to Cleveland. The room and bathroom was much larger. The staff was friendlier, as well.

Very nice hotel. Out of the way of downtown Cleveland which is either good or bad depending on what you want.
