The front desk staff were rude,unfriendly and not very helpful.

The hotel overall was nice and clean, however, there were some front desk staff that were not very friendly and downright rude. they made no apologies for not being able to accommodate room requests and even came off as being bothered for being asked. very unprofessional!

Only for clinic customers.

It was clean, staff was nice. But don't stay here unless you are there on business or visiting the clinic. It is not near any of the attractions. Not a neighborhood I would want to visit on vacation. There is a Police Station across the street.

Terrific value and perfect location for our trip.
Lobby area was under construction, so was a little messy. Parking service was a little slow.

Terrific location for business or pleasure in the University Cirlce or Cleveland Hts. area of Cleveland. Hotel suites were very clean and roomy.

Big rooms with separate LR With pull out double, clean, Very comfortable, luxury bedding.
Location in bad area, however shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic, Also $14 plus tip to park car, no self parking.

Large spacious, fully equipped rooms with 2 TVs, luxury bedding. Restaurant used only for breakfast, but, clean, airy, good food for moderate price- Approx $10 for breakfast. Area immediately surrounding hotel is quite rundown. I was told not to go outside at night. Mostly used for Cleveland Clinic business and is fine for that. No self park and pick up can be lengthy at times. Fee for parking. read more

Good staff.
Bad breakfast brunch.

Close to Cleveland Heights. Good staff. Good suite. Car's parked outside, but it's brought to the hotel's front door. My breakfast brunch was disappointing. Bummer. However, I liked the place, and I plan to stay there in the future.
