Close to Cleveland Clinic.
Could not adjust temperature in room.

Very friendly hotel staff. Location was within walking distance of the Cleveland Clinic on a well lighted street. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to be near the Clinic.

Location to the hospital.
Security did not come on first call.

We liked the location to the hospital. During the night, a drunk tried to get in our room. Security took 2 calls, we had young adults with us. Scared all night. No compensation for our trouble.

We asked 3 std. rooms; they had 2 mini-suites and 1 std.; Thank you.
Can't think of a thing.

This hotel was a smooth running ship; so smooth that I thought they were at 10% occupancy, but the front desk told me that they were at 100%. Our bathroom was the biggest bathroom I ever saw in a hotel (actually 2 rooms). The courtesy van, used for hospital and museum shuttles, voluntarily drove us to the 'Little Italy' section of Cleveland (WOW! That's service). And to top of it the hotel was located in the best area to be in (University Circle - the cultural heart of Cleveland). And to make you really envious The Blue Angels jet team was practicing directly overhead for a Labor Day Show. read more

Beds were comfortable.
Pull out couch not clean - there was food in the bed when I pulled it out.

We were very upset when we finally got to the entrance. After driving for four hours and then not being able to get through the road construction to the actual entrance even with GPS was very frustrating. It took 15 minutes to get to the hotel, with the hotel in site, because every road was under construction and blocked with barrels and barricades and "Do not enter" signs. Then the hotel entrance and lobby were being renovated with only one elevator in operation. So all in all it was not our idea of a 4 star stay - and it was not as near downtown as we had requested. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Beautiful public areas. Good food.
This hotel is quite out of the way. There was no pool. And Wi-Fi was not included. Nor was parking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I read some bad reviews about it but we were all satisfied. The suites were big and comfortable and clean. We all liked that the windows could be opened. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. No problem with a late check out. The hotel restaurant was quite good. Best club sandwich I've ever had. It's classy enough to be a four star but lacks some of the amenities like a pool and free Wi-Fi. For this reason I think it should be rated a 3 star. read more

Top notch.
There was a lot of road construction in the neighborhood, made it harder to access.

High quality, high service - anything you want is available. Valet was fast and convenient.

Clean comfortable rooms that were quiet.
The bed in the room was way too soft.

The hotel was great but the location was awful. It is in a rundown part of town. There is nothing close (within 10 miles) that is of interest. Again, the hotel was great. The location relative to attractions, (hall of fame, zoo, botanical gardens), is terrible. Please be aware there is no street parking. You must pay $14 per day for valet parking.
