The location to the everything especially the water.
The pool was indoor!

I really appreciated the excellent service at this fine hotel. From the reception desk, to housekeeping to the great folks at concierge and the hotel lounge, my mother and I felt very taken cared of all the way around.

It was beautiful. Understated elegance.
All was good.

From the minute we walked in the door we were treated well. We had just flown in from overseas and arrived 5 hours before check-in. They allowed us to check in early. We slept so soundly and they also gave us a room with the most beautiful view of the harbor and botanical gardens. The king sized bed was luxurious. The black out shades were a great option to drapes. Everything was great. read more
