Excellent restaurant and room service, professional and friendly staff, well located, very comfortable rooms.
Could have better data services in room, TV is too small for size of room and old school CRT, slippers and housecoat for going to pool would be nice.

This is a fine place to stay in Toronto. Well-located and well-priced for the location. It feels more intimate than many of the more expensive places nearby but has all of the quality that one could want. The restaurant and lounge were very good and the room service menu was, in many ways, better than the restaurant menu.

Location and room.
Business centre costs and WiFi costs are high.

Hotel is a great hotel. I do feel that the business centre internet costs and WiFi costs are too high. WiFi should be included in cost of room.

Insufficient towels, no bathrobes and expensive computer costs.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. Would expect more bath towels in bathroom and one would have liked bathrobes in bathroom.

We love that our room overlooked the city. It was beautiful at night.
The showers stall was very small.

This hotel is located in the middle of the busy shopping area of Toronto, was perfect for our elegant anniversary celebration. The staff was excellent, the service was perfect and the SKY Lounge was fun for drinks and music after dinner. We would go there again in a heartbeat!

Local sidewalks under construction..

The Intercontinental Hotel Yorkville is conveniently located near museums, shopping and subways, minutes from the train station, just north of Downtown Toronto. The hotel is fairly small, with friendly staff at all hours. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large with separate shower and bath and internet access is available for a fee.
