Adequately staffed and attentive front desk and Bell Cap valet service.
Poorly administrated Internet service feature and support. Not a clue even with my direct feedback I provided them.

Overall was pretty much worth the value paid.

charge for internet service is outrageous a hotel of this price range should include internet service,also the parking charging system is very confu

The hotel was located in a very safe part of town the room was attractive and clean. The negatives were the poor performance of the ac,and the charges for Internet and parking.

Spotless,very elegant , superb staff and a fantastic location.

Fantastic hotel located in the trendy and upscale neighborhood of Yorktown. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Easy to get around by public transportation or by foot. The pool is only a lap pool so if you are looking for a big splash area this may not be for you.
