The staff was extremely helpful, effecient, and professional.
The location is not too convenient to restaurants and sightseeing, however; the setting was quiet.

Tried to extend our stay by 1 day, unfortunately did not receive it.
I felt for the price the breakfast should have been included.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that President Bush was staying at the hotel on June 21, tried to extended by one day, as I have planned to visit friends that I haven't seen since 1951!!! and the request was denied. My husband and I married in Vienna in 1955, he was one of the last troops to leave the city in September 1955, it was going to be reunion and walk the memory lane-cut short by 1 day. read more
