Great value for the money.
None.
Amazing hotel for the money. Clean areas and rooms. I loved the patio and pool area. The restaurant served a great Cuban.

This hotel is top notch.
The room had a nice view of Doral and the setup was very elegant. Situated in a nice area of Miami. A real gem.

The brand and subsequently the environment.
Intercontinental is a respected brand, but they failed to deliver our expectations.

Extremely clean and well maintained.
Certain members of the hotel staff were pretentious.
Very nice, excellent rooms with beautiful lobby and great in-hotel restaurant. Pool looked nice but nothing spectacular. Nice amenities; spa, massage, gym.

Safe, clean, friendly and helpful. Good beds, and good food.
To get to the Port of Miami for cruises, you have to go back to the airport. Cheaper this way.
I needed a place to stay before the cruise with safety and luxury. Found it here! Great food in the restaurant, a tiny shop for aspirin and jewelry, a nice room. I needed to go to Walmart, 4 blocks nearby, and nice driver took me there and picked me up. I didn't expect this. Next morning, every hour on the hour, they will transport you to the airport for free. FYI: when you are arriving from the airport to go to this hotel, have the hotel phone number handy as you must call to secure a ride to the hotel to stay there. The shuttle will not just go by and pick you up w/o calling them first. I did not see a phone number for this hotel on the free hotel phones in the airport. read more

Near airport.
Beds uncomfortable, noisy hallway at night.
The hotel and room were attractive, but the beds were very uncomfortable, both were slanted. Very disappointing.

Very nice staff, beautiful luxury room & appointments, nice neighborhood.
Bed was not comfortable -- old or cheap mattress?
Lovely grounds and luxury room make this hotel a wonderful experience. The only disappointment was a sagging mattress, a real shock in an otherwise perfect setting. The staff was friendly and helpful, the business center excellent. The hotel has an upscale restaurant with 24 hour room service and there is a strip mall an easy and safe walk across the street with several very nice little restaurants for reasonable priced quality food; I recommend the Mediterranean restaurant in particular. The hotel offers free airport shuttle although it is not in service before 7:00 am or after 11:00 pm. The concierge will arrange a taxi to be waiting if informed what time it will be needed. A very pleasant experience and more conveniently situated than expected as well. read more

Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent food and room service. Staff very friendly.
Meal prices are a bit pricey. Internet should be free as well as local calls.
Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Decor very inviting. Excellent tasting meals. Friendly staff. Not close to beaches but the atmosphere of the hotel makes up for that.
