The room was excellent, and the service at the front desk very helpful.
Nothing.

I have stayed at Inter-Continental Hotels many times in the US and overseas. This hotel is in line with all their standards for both quality and service.

The airport shuttle comes only once an hour. Made for a
long wait (50 minutes)at MIA.

Good value; lovely, clean rooms. Restaurant is very good, and I would use this place again, even though the shuttle service could be improved.

Super Clean! Friendly people and very quiet!
No ice machine, had to call for ice, but they came in 5 minutes!

Great Hotel! Love the rooms clean and new. The TV wasn't the greatest model but we were out must of the time. LOVE THE PLEASE! My whole family will love to go back!
