After being in a rural area of Bolivia, it was just a nice treat to have hot shower, a good bed, and a running toilet.
My ratings would have been all on the higher end, except that I was misinformed by the agent when I called in.

After making the reservation, I called the hotel directly to get information about the Hotel Shuttle (We were only staying over 1 night so we wanted something close to the airport (12 minutes). I was told where to go to meet the shuttle and that it came through the airport every 20 minutes. Wrong! We waited over 50 minutes. All the other hotels/motels came through at least 3 times during that period. When we finally got there after 3 calls to the hotel, the check in person informed me that pick ups were on the hour! When we left the next day we got to the airport and the driver could not get our luggage out for 5 minutes because the luggage door was jammed! I don't know if this was bad luck or just there level of service. The room was fine; the hotel just left me with initial and ending bad taste in my mouth. read more

Nothing, we asked you to change us on the return of our cruise and got no response.
Horrible service, dirty.

This was an awful experience. We had to stay there twice.
