It was near the location where I needed to be this weekend. The Chill is a wonderful place to relax!
The smoke was terrible, it was in the curtains the walls, I coughed all night and we were on a no smoking floor.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, thank goodness. The smoke was really bad, even in non-smoking areas. The food was good, the staff was nice and polite, all accept for this little short manager I complained to him about the smoke. He refused to come to room or send someone to check it out. We did move to another non-smoking room, it wasn't any better. The food was good! We visited The Chill both nights it was great! They need to stop the smoking in the non-smoking rooms. read more

Really nice inside.
The room we were given at first did not have a bathtub. 1 staff person was
unfriendly.

The hotel itself is very nice with great views of the Back Bay of Biloxi. The rooms are not 4 star rooms. The first one had a Murphy bed and ano tub. The second one was just so so, no upgrades, just average.

Amazing pool with big screen playing Football. Excellent food.

Perfect stay, attentive staff and very clean room, lots of options on what to do right in the hotel.
