Excellent location, staff and room.
Prices in the restaurants were incredibly high! Unless on an expense account you must eat elsewhere.

Definitely a 5 star hotel with 185 years of history. Great staff. They upgraded our two rooms to a 2 queen bed room and a king bed room to accommodate our children.

Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful.
No pool. Only top floor (8th) had a view of the city unless you paid for an exterior . They did move us for a reasonable upgrade fee. 10 euro/night

The shower heads seem to use restricted water. It was difficult to get pressure.

Very small bedroom and bathroom.

The public facilities at this hotel are 5 star. The room is small but the bed is super comfy. The bathroom is so small that you could use the toilet and wash your hands in the sink if needed.
