Location to subway system.
The room had water stains on walls, there was hair in the bed and the room was too small.

The room had water stains on walls, there was hair in the bed and the room was too small. The elevator said it can hold up to 5 people but I doubt it could hold more than 4 cramped. It was the size of a phone booth. We only slept there one night and I could not see us staying there more than one night. I was disappointed at the condition of the room, the hair in the bed and the size. Also there was internet service for a fee and parking for a fee. read more

Room was a little small for two people (would have been great for one person).

I would recommend this hotel, as it is reasonably priced and very convenient to downtown Toronto attractions. Staff was friendly and efficient.

It was charming and the rooms were beautiful.
They upgraded our room for free and then tried to charge us for it.

Charming, great for business or personal travel, book parking in advance because hard to find parking.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is close to major subway line making it pretty convenient to get around.
Very limited parking available.

Parking is the biggest problem for the Isabella, though this seems to be a city-wide problem. The hotel exceeded my expectations: it is conveniently located near a subway line, the room and lobby were relatively clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
