Priv pool, priv beach to sea, free bott water daily, free parking, stunning views.
Bed not most comfortable, awkward shower, not comfortable with walking outside confines, car absolutely necessary.
Hotels.com allowed me and my fiance to stay at a very high quality hotel in a satisfying location for an unbeatable nightly rate. A car is 100% recommended for using if you plan to stay here and using the car/parking is not a problem, in fact, a car enhanced our trip as much as the hotel did with its sea access. It was hard to find using the GPS in the rental car since it's located on a main road with no house number. But overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. read more

Very spectacular views and amenities.
The shuttles were not frequent, should have been more forthcoming that the shuttles only ran once a day.
Very excellent amenities, rooms, food and service.

Very scenic location on the Bay of Naples offering resort-like amenities.
Only one restaurant which was very expensive and no other options near-by.
We were very pleasantly surprised with a very large room with a balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle bus was extremely handy to travel to Sorrento. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Exceptional location, well run with a customer-focused spirit.
Food was very expensive. Ok food.
This hotel is an Oasis along the lovely Italian Coast west of Rome. While we love the charm of Positano and Amalfi, Castelemarre Crowne is a terrific way to start or end your coastal journey in comfort with no crowds thank you and a service staff waiting to make you smile. It was the closest experience we had to a 4-star US hotel in Italy. Yet the location is 100% Sorrentina Coast. Highly recommended! read more

I loved the design, the decor, the space, and the views. All was great.
Once again, the location is not ideal and the distance into Sorrento is too far.
A beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel with great design and decor details. Everything you want for a restful retreat, with spa, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and rooms you will be happy to retire to and relax in. The views over the Bay of Naples are inspiring and the vista directly across from Vesuvius is a thrill. Definitely for those who want a quiet, relaxing stay as the trip into nearby Sorrento can take 20 minutes or much longer - the traffic can be horrendous coming in from Naples direction.

It was very modern and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
This is a nice hotel right on the water. If you go between November-March expect some of the services to be unavailable. Such as the free shuttle into town and the full service spa etc. Hotel breakfast is about $30.00.

Excellent value. Clean, modern design. Beautiful seaside location.
A beautiful modern hotel which started from the remains of a concrete factory. So don't be surprised by the industrial area to the south. Once you know the secret of how to find the place, it is a great location. Gladly trade off the 10 mile drive on difficult road to Sorrento for the value.

The views, the comfort, the staff-all were
excellent.
It's silly but the bathtub was too tall.
This hotel was converted from a cement factory into a fantastic hotel. The views of Mt Vesuvius are spectacular. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very open, airy common areas. Very accommodating staff, from reception, to the valets, to the restaurant staff. All were very attentive. Beautiful pool and beach area. No surprises at all.

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Great views of Gulf of Naples.
We were too far away from tourist locals and the bus only came by every 2-3 hours and stopped running at 5pm. We spent a fortune in taxi fares.
We were very pleased with the hotel staff and the rooms exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The only downside was the location. Quite far away from areas of interest and we ended up having to take a taxi almost everywhere we went. The hotel should have a better shuttle service for its visitors. Perhaps we encountered this since we visited during the off-season.
