Helpful friendly staff at desk & restaurant, very comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower. Free shuttle service to airport every half hour.
Restaurant area was very noisy. Lobby , restaurant, bar all flowed together on hard floors, with nothing to help abate the noise.
After two weeks of traveling, a long train trip, and before a very long flight, it was just what we needed. It had a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, and a great shower. Also, we really appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport.

Hotel is close to the airport.
Internet was an additional price to the room.
This hotel was easy to get to, their shuttle service was convenient. I would stay here again if I'm ever at the Rome airport again.

Quiet, close to airport, clean and comfortable.
No pool or hot tub.
The staff was helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable but yet still busy. Great hotel for travelers.

The beds were sure comfortable, after cruise ship beds especially.
The restaurant: very expensive no service, other 2 couples in restaurant sent their burgers back twice. We thought they were just being picky.
Loved the free computer access.Room air conditioning did not work but beds were wonderful. Staff was slow but they were busy. I wish staff had recommended using the attached food vending machines as the restaurant food was awful, very expensive and lousy service...they just ignored you! Also clarify that you want tap water or they bring you overpriced bottled water.

Very close to airport with convenient early morning shuttle.
Pay per view wasn't hooked up right and after maintenance fixed it they charged us incorrectly for the full package.
Very clean room. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. The airport shuttle ran from 4am, which was very convenient for our early flight. There were some problems with the Pay Per View and being charged the wrong amount, but the staff was helpful and fixed it immediately.
