The staff was very accommodating and made big efforts to make our trip enjoyable in Rome.
The buzzer didn't work outside and we didn't have a key to get in (because they told us the buzzer would work) we couldn't get in!

The hotel staff met our every need, was
so warm and welcoming the minute we walking to the minute we left. I would definitely stay there again.
