The room was beautiful and the location was close to everything.
Nothing really.

This hotel was well appointed and beautiful. It was close to lots of tourist attractions and the metro station was right across the street.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
Should have free WiFi for guests.

The first room we were in was very small and would not have met expectations, but they moved us the next day into a deluxe room which is what I paid for. That room was very nice and leaned more toward the 4 star. The staff was helpful with calling taxis and getting us situated.

Convenient location next to train station.

Convenient location next to Termini station. Breakfast included. Internet very expensive.

Helpful staff.
Bad location did not conform with Priceline location definition.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I would
not describe this as a four star hotel. The dated furnishings, noisy pipes, poor lighting, and hard mattress indicate a hotel of much lower quality.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice roof top garden bar.
Location was not the best, close to train station but neighborhood a little shady.

Hotel was nice, staff was hospitable, we left very early in the morning to catch our flight and they were kind enough to pack us a boxed breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pillows were not very good, this may be typical of Europe though.

Location was next to bus, subway and train station.
Hard beds and pillows, small room, no iron, ice machine, etc. $5/US for ice.

I would recommend it for a couple doing alot of touring or a business traveler (someone who will not spend much time in hotel). The included breakfasts were great (eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, cheese, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice).

The available public computer did not work properly for checking on email. I gave up after lodging a complaint on the toll free line.

The 10th floor restaurant was expensive, but not out of line for Rome or the class of the hotel. I took breakfast at varying times but, due to traveling alone, had difficulty in arranging to hold my place at a table whenever I felt a need to go back for seconds or additional items. The room was pleasant.

This hotel was way too expensive for what you get. I would not stay there again.
