The lobby in Novotel Eiffel.
The rooms were hot, no hot water, poor and dirty passages.

Novotel at Tour-Eiffel: Elegant lobby, very poor passages, 2 star room, no amenities. Swimming pool was not working. Water was not hot. Air conditioning was poor. The shower was so tiny and uncovered, that if you took a shower, the water was all over the floor. At max a 2.5 star hotel. Boromini Boscolo: Very far from most tourist sites. The rooms were 2.5 star at max. The hotel lobby was poor, no place to sit. The rooms did not have ironing. The showers were so tiny that even movement inside was a problem. read more

Everything.

The hotel was terrible. It was situated in a horrible location near nothing. It was a 30 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and a 20 Euro cab ride to any tourist attractions in Rome.

The maid was the only one that was nice.
Front Desk Staff was rude, location was bad.

Room had a cold atmosphere to it. Outrageous fee to use the Internet available in lobby. Location is bad, far away from many attractions, and you have to take a cab.

Reception staff was rude.

If you are interested in visiting Rome for leisure, then this hotel is not for you. The proximity to downtown Rome and metro, etc. is not close. Also, the staff was not helpful. When requesting a taxi upon departure, they told me their phones were down, and we could walk 10 minutes to catch a taxi down the road. Not great service. I then asked if one of their workers had a cell phone. Which they did. Unbelievable! read more

Dark room, out of the way, staff not friendly.

I think the hotel is out of the way, is not a four star hotel, the staff is not friendly, very cut and dry personality, never smiled, they never feel you welcome. Inconvenient for sight seeing of the main attractions in Rome.
