Very convenient to Termini Metro station, thus all of Rome.
Bar was clean but poorly stocked, crossed the street to another hotel bar.

Hotel was very clean, bath was larger than others we have had in Italy. Cordial and helpful reception desk.

The window opened so I could try to cool the stuffy room.
Its just not close to a four star hotel I felt I got an awful deal.

They blow it here this is not close to four stars. It's a one star over priced hotel. Hot and stuffy at night.

Location in central Rome was nice, air conditioning, and private bath.
The room was very small and slightly dated, not what I expected for four star.

Nice location, small rooms, private bath, but with a oddly placed faucet.

It was very modern.
The elevators were never available. We had to take several flights of stairs to access our room and the lobby.

A very positive experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Compared favorably to the other 4 star hotels we stayed at in Rome.
