Nothing, horrible experience.
Booking not confirmed at check in.

Upon arriving with 4 exhausted guests flying in Milan from china, we were told that water had flooded rooms (a lie not to say the reservation was cancelled without notice). Drove 200 miles with guests at 2:00 am to seek alternative accommodations. Awaited total credit for this stay or I will sue the hotel. Worst hotel experience in my life.
