Breakfast and restaurant staff.
Air conditioning not working and open windows allow for continuous street noise and lack of privacy.

Hotel is comfortable and a good value. But I would only recommend if air conditioning is functioning. Rooms have no air unless you open the window and then the street noise goes on all night and the adjacent residence buildings look directly into your room. Hotel needs a general updating and refreshing. Dead plants in lobby and restaurant indicate lack of attention. We left one night early due to noise and lack of privacy. read more
