Charming rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel provided free snacks and computer internet access.

The hotel was charming, with helpful and friendly staff. Although on the other side of the river Arno, it is within easy walking distance of the museums and historic city center. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator, which may be a problem for those with lots of heavy luggage or physical disabilities. Our room was large, with reproduction historic furniture that added to the pleasant ambiance. read more
