Filthy rooms and bathrooms, bedding and towels were not changed on a daily basis, nonexistent room cleaning, unprofessional service.

This hotel was a very bad choice for our trip to Florence. The hotel is actually an apartment floor that was converted into individual rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty and old. There was no housekeeping. We were given a filthy room on the first night on purpose so that we would upgrade and move to a more expensive room. Do not stay here for your upcoming trip to Florence. I would not recommend this hotel even to my enemy. read more
