Close to train station and therefore transportation to Venice.

Although a bit expensive it was extremely convenient to Venice and cheaper than a hotel right in Venice. The included breakfast exceeded expectations for the usual European breakfast. Breakfast room was beautiful and the service excellent. Breakfast was very elaborate with cheeses and deli meats.
