Superb service with a fluent English-speaking staff; great A/V ports in room.
No free internet, menu has little local fare.
I stayed at this Marriott for a week of business in D.F. The internet situation was a constant frustration and you would think it should be free. I was shocked at how little Mexican food is on the menu, but there are numerous inexpensive options within walking distance. I've also stayed at the Sheraton next to the U.S. embassy for half the price of the Marriott and the Marriott is not twice as good. I will stay at the Sheraton next time. read more

Concierge was extremely helpful service.
Location-too interior.
It is an excellent hotel ,with an amazingly helpful staff ,it is really good if you don't know the language as most of the staff there is bilingual and they are willing to go out of their way to help you, I would recommend this Hotel to every traveler planning to stay in Mexico city.

Clean, clean, clean with friendly staff.
Nothing wrong with the hotel.
Mexico City is a crime ridden city. I was held up at gun point across the street from the hotel. I will never go back. The hotel is fantastic, but Mexico City is not.

It puts a smile on your face upon entering and its pleasant surroundings contribute to a relaxing stay.
The internet to use is very expensive!
The location is good, however, it takes a little while on foot to reach la zone Rosa for the clubs and nice restaurants. The hotel is situated in a very calm area and it is not dangerous at all to be an outside the hotel even at night. There is a club just right at a side of the hotel. It is also close to park which is great during the day. If there is a cultural event in Mexico city, the concert hall is just behind the hotel and it might become quite a convenient venue for those who like to be entertained. read more

Little information ahead of time about hotel.
Small bathroom counter.
One of the top hotels in Mexico City. Staff makes an effort to learn and call you by your name. Always helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent neighborhood. Convenient to park & shopping.
The hotel has a well trained staff and has an excellent location near the National Auditorium and some of the nicest shops and homes in Mexico City. Rooms are well appointed and maintained while the views of the surrounding mountains can be magnificent.
