Relaxed atmosphere.
Some of the wait staff were a bit too relaxed.
Lovely room, very clean, the pools were fantastic.

Grounds and pools were great. The views were to die for. Room service was good.
The rooms were just okay, however, the beds were comfortable.
The hotel had great views and the hotel grounds and restaurants are very nice and met expectations for a resort hotel.

The setting is spectacular.
The area of town is not the best.
We love this resort! The resort is surrounded by a sea of giant saguaro cactus. The property is stunning. We loved that the restaurant Primo had happy hour each evening. The kids loved the lazy river pool. Last year I had spa treatments there and it was incredible. This place is wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, I loved the open wall from the back of the lobby to the pool. The bathroom was really nice, had a tub and shower.
I wish that the hot tubs were bigger and that there were more of them.

Overall property was beautiful, as was the setting. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
A little farther from downtown Tucson than we would have liked.
We spent four very wonderful nights here. The resort property is beautiful, and and as you arrive down the long lane you feel like you're leaving the hustle and bustle behind.
