"Shoppers" and those with business in Buckhead report a "pleasant stay" at this "convenient" midsized hotel adjacent to Lenox Square Mall and the Marta, thanks in part to the "nice steakhouse", "quality rooms", "wonderful club level" and "consistently good service"; the not-so-happy harrumph this "faded lady" "needs some renovation."

The bed is very very fluffy and comfortable.
I pre ordered flowers and a cake to surprise my hubby, they forgot about it.

JW Marriott Hotel's ambiance is definitely top of the line. Room service was great. The staff who answered phone calls, responded to our requests immediately.

Wi-fi was only available in room at very high daily price.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free transport to and back from dinner at restaurant. Very good overall experience!

The way it was attached to Lenox mall and the driver services.
The decor of the rooms was not as upscale as I thought it would be.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms decor was didn't flow well. I loved the bedding but the rooms and bathroom did not give a feel of a 4 star hotel. The snacks at the hotel cafe were stale and not tasty at all. The staff was wonderful!
