It was very elegant and everyone was so friendly.
Had to pay for internet in room.
The hotel is in a perfect location with all the amenities you could want in a hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there. The beds are comfortable with wonderful pillows and it had a great shower!

the traffic created at night because of the small parking/pull up area.
The hotel met all my expectations. Rooms were clean and modern. There was a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The elevator system was confusing at first but once you got the hang of it, it was OK.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all requests.
Restaurant, room service and drinks from gift shop were expensive.
We were traveling with a 4-year old. Hotel provided roll away bed and refrigerator per our request. Bathroom was small but clean. We still had plenty of room with the roll away. Employees extremely friendly and accommodating. We were treated like we were paying top dollar!

Bed and pillows were incredibly soft and fluffy.
There was a roach climbing the walls where I was sitting in the lobby.
The hotel's lobby was beautiful, with lovely marble and exquisite crystal chandeliers. Unfortunately, it had the sterile feel of a business/convention hotel. It would have been a better business hotel if they did not nickel and dime the business traveler -- charges for internet connectivity and printing.

This hotel more than met my expectation in both quality and location.The room was very clean and well presented and the priceline price was pretty good. To my knowledge the entire hotel was non smoking and this was evident immediately on entry
