The hotel was conveniently located to downtown Jackson.
The room was dirty.

The first room I checked in to, which was non-smoking, smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room I checked into had a dirty bathroom. I have seen gas station restrooms that are cleaner. The hotel had been updated, however, cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Rooms were small; service was bad.

We had a bad experience and will not return. The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms. Service was non-existent. We had to pay for parking.

The location was perfect for me to get to my meeting on time. Room was very comfortable and clean. Needed your room key for elevator - good idea to keep unwanted individuals from gaining access to guest room hallways. Staff very helpful, good food at restaurant, bed very comfortable, easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

It was a very good price for an upscale hotel.
The location was not very good.

This hotel was very clean and upscale. We had excellent service, including the room, dinner, and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is not in a great location. It is in the downtown area which appeared to be pretty dead and we did not feel safe walking outside at night.
