I just needed a place for overnight and this hotel is very nice for that purpose.
It's a little way off the interstate and harder to get to.

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Located in a decent part of town. Got there late and left early so didn't really do much but sleep.

The hotel's GM ensured I was comfortable given my concerns after reading customer ratings.
The space for the continental breakfast is small and the breakfast isn't all that great.

Overall this hotel is fine. The accommodations met my expectations for a two star hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and seemed to appreciate my business. I will stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel room was only clean onenight out of my 4 night stay.

The hotel mgmt was helpful once issue was brought to their attention the
management took steps to rectify the situation. My biggest issues was not only was room not clean neither were some of my other family members room not clean. I have stayed there in the past with no issue but this time it was horrible.

The beds were very comfortable.
No morning coffee.

OK for a brief stay to another destination. The door to our room would not lock from the outside. We told the desk clerk who told us we should tell the maintenance person. My wife told her that was her job. Also, had to wait on coffee in the morning.

The staff was friendly and cooperative.
The internet connection was unreliable and rooms had no irons.

This is slightly better than an economy inn. The staff was pleasant but the amenities were sparse.

Good location, friendly, clean.
No sign at the main road.

This hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is hard to locate because it sets back off the main road with no sign. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

It was in a convenient area.
I noticed when I complained they passed the buck and nothing was done. They told me they know.

The hotel was pretty decent. Room was infested with ants and no one did anything about it. I came about 2 am Sat morning and reported Sat evening waited. Reported it again Sun morning and afternoon. I was finally told an exterminator was there before for the same complaint. There was nothing that could be done. When I checked out, clerk asked why I didn't I change room? It was never offered it and Monday I was leaving anyway. read more
