No fridge in room.

The room was kinda small, but that was ok. What I didn't like was that the tub in the bathroom wouldn't drain properly. Again, there was refrigerator or microwave in the room. The breakfast was not good with the exception of the waffles. They had a good idea of keeping melted butter on display for your waffles.

Beds were new.
No towels in room and wouldn't have them ready until after 11 pm. They need to buy more towels or not book rooms if unable to provide them.

The towels were not in the room and not ready until after 11 pm. The breakfast was very disappointing and coffee was empty and had to ask for more to be made, took a while. No coffee pot in the room. There were people coming in with coupons that got a better deal than I did which is rare for Priceline deals.

Nice manager and staff.
Rooms did not get cleaned from day to day had to call manager daily.

Had to call manager daily to get room cleaned and towels and supplies that were not left in room also had to get key rescanned daily was a great hotel but cleaning staff not up to standards for a 1 star hotel - once this is corrected this will be a 4 star hotel.

It was just fine for us but could use a little updating. The staff was all very friendly and helpful to our needs.

Dirty carpets, dirty bathtub.

We've stayed in worse hotels, but this one was lacking in the cleanliness department.
