Jameson Inn Tuscaloosa

This is a great hotel for the working person on the go. The internet was very fast as well as the services of the staff. The swimming pool was great and relaxing.

My room stayed cool, but I couldn't sleep becuse I kept thinking about the bugs in my bed (I found two the night before). The bed was comfortable.

Good area. Lots of restaurants around. Movie theater close by.

This hotel would have been fine but I did not have hot water in my room. I had a business meeting scheduled for 8:00 am. Had no choice but to take a freezing shower. Not a good way to start off the day. Will not return to this hotel.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Tuscaloosa at this price point. My daughter goes to University of Alabama and I have stayed here in Tuscaloosa a number of times.

The toilet was filthy. I was awaken 4 times by train whistles and noise of train too.

This hotel was okay. It was basically clean. (The ledge at the top of the shower was moldy and there was a shampoo bottle there from a past guest. The sink basin seemed scratched and dirty.) The rooms were not well sound proofed and you could easily hear conversations outside and hear knocking at other doors in the hotel. Additionally, I did not receive the wake-up call I requested. On the bright side, the bed was extremely comfortable so it was easy to sleep well. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room was clean and the food was good. read more

Pillows were lousy, sheets old but clean, beds horrible, safe loaction, quite location, easy access from highway and
good if you are looking for
a safe place for your equipment.
For the person who needs a good bed with nice soap, and towels, and nice sheets go to another place.
