Location from interstate and proximity to shops.
The room had an odor.

It was fine for a stopping point on our way to our destination. Staff friendly, pool clean, and plenty of ice.

It was close to the mall.
Dirty room with bugs, unhelpful staff.

I would never ever stay at this hotel again!

The location centered around everything you need.
The breakfast area wasn't cleaned during breakfast hours. Trash cans full and children allowed to get their own food.

I would definitely go back. We didn't get the complimentary waffles (went to a nearby restaurant to pay for breakfast) because the area wasn't being cleaned. I removed some leftover trash and bowls off a table to sit down and drink my juice. Someone should go in there every 15 mins to kind of pickup. There was no place to put the trash because the trash can in the room and in the lobby was full. read more

It was close to hotel and restaurants.
A little ran down.

It was in a great location but it was a bit ran down the front of the A/C was coming off; the bed was not comfortable at all and was kind of noisy! Ok if you are staying with just adults or older kids and just overnight!

Nicely decorated lobby.
Dirty, wet carpets, sunken beds.

This hotel should not be offered at any star level - my kids asked if we could sleep in the car. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming down - thought the grout was a black color in the tile floor - it was mold. Nasty bed that sloped to the middle - dark green nasty carpet was wet with humidity - didn't take our shoes off - very nice lobby though.

Lobby staff was nice, check in was simple, near mall and restaurants.
Very basic, few perks, non smoking room has ashes in it. Didn't trust the cleanliness of the beds.

Very simple, may be ok for a single person on a limited budget.

I didn't get a disease from the place.
Pretty bad.

Got there, room smelled like smoke, everything kind of worn down. Pool had newspaper in it and was told that the guy to fix it was suppose to come back and didn't. I am on the treadmill, it stops along with TV (fuse), maintenance guy tells me that he doesn't know where the fuse box is. Internet service down the next morning, was told by guy in charge that he didn't know how to fix it. Went to breakfast, out of milk. Went to tell guy in charge. My wife went back 10 minutes later, then he tells us that they sent someone for milk. This is a 1 star hotel (2 on a good day when things are going well). We were a little disappointed in the rating we were led to believe 2-1/2 stars- No way! read more

It looked nice from the outside.
The room did not seem clean. The carpet and bed spreads seemed old. The room needed updating.

I was not impressed with the room. The beds and carpet were old. There was definitely NOT a fresh clean feeling when walking in the door. I was disappointed with the quality of the room related to the price. I would not stay there again.

I can't think of anything that impressed me about this hotel.
It was just not up to par with some recent hotel stays.

This is just your basic lay over hotel. I would not recommend for longer term stays. For this trip I just needed a quick place to lay down for the night and it sufficed. The hotel is just beside a mall and very convenient to I-75. I was afraid there would be noise and light filtering in the room from the mall parking lot but fortunately that was not the case. It was quiet and we rested comfortably. There are certainly no bells and whistles to write home about. read more

They gave us what they promised, an adjoining room.
The beds were hard as a rock.

This hotel is ok for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't prefer to stay longer than that. It appeared safe, clean. The beds were not very comfortable at all, but we were tired from traveling all day. The continental breakfast room is very small. We waited in the lobby until a table opened up.
