Lack of quality service.

Bathroom was nasty. The maid service does not clean up the room, they just make up the beds. The maid took my towels and did not replace them. Evidentaly, this must be a norm because when I went downstairs to ask for towels, the guy behind the desk has a list of hotel room numbers requesting towels too. The hotel is a do-it-yourself type of ran business. They had posting saying due to Xmas please come down to the service desk before 9AM for clean towels. I am the customer. read more

The maid service had taken all of the towels from the hotel room that morning, but did not replace them. I had left the room that morning and did not returned until 10 pm that night. When I went into my room there were no towels, so I ask the front desk and the guy told me that they had non available and that it would take an hour or so. Considering I was coming to the room to get dress to go out on the towel. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased a couple of towels. Some reason this hotel has a problem with giving the customers enough time. Did happen to me before here at this hotel. read more

Quick and easy access to the interstate.
Thin walls and too much spacing around the doors.

This hotel looks really nice from the outside, has a comfortable looking lobby and decent rooms. The staff is not at all helpful during check-in or other requests. The walls were so thin we could hear the entire conversation about waffles that the housekeepers were having in the room next to us.

The location.
The hotel rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke.

Rooms were dirty, smelled like old cigarette smoke throughout the hotel even the nonsmoking rooms. my daughter has asthma so this was not a great stay for my family.
