Price is good.
Old building smell.

The hotel is old and smell but at this price it is acceptable.

The location.
Lots of dirt..

If you don't mind the stains everywhere, and you need an inexpensive hotel, I suppose this place will be okay. I would not stay here again.

Nothing.
Dirty and old, nothing was working.

Terrible place to stay. The entire hotel is so dirty. The rooms are old including the beds. The locks are broken on the outside doors and the room doors. They need to gut this place and upgrade it if they even want to be considered a two star hotel.

The convenience to highways, places to eat and activities.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and there were extras like a built in hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee pot/microwave and the small sitting area was perfect for me to see my family. The next time I go back to Little Rock I will stay at this hotel again and pay a higher price for the comfort it provided.

Safe area where it is located and the staff were extremely polite.
Sign to pull into the hotel is small.

I hope to have the pleasure of staying at this hotel again. I had a good, quiet night of rest and was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and polite from the check-in desk clerk, the staff I met in the hallway, and the clerk when I checked out.
