The staff.
Overpriced,
no English TV.

The hotel staff and location were amazing. It was A 7 minute walk to the metro station. Several local convenience stores in the area. The downside to the hotel was the food was way over priced, internet was 18/day, and there was no English TV.

Perfect location for one day stay in Hiroshima bec its a stones throw away from the Peace park.
Nothing everything met or exceeded my expactations.

This hotel is ideal for sightseeing in Hiroshima because of the location. They anticipate your needs.

Everything! A wonderful experience.
I couldn't find any fault with the hotel.

A must stay hotel on Tokyo Bay. Great location if you want to be a little bit away from the crowds.

Staff was very helpful. The view of the Tokyo Rainbow Bridge was fantastic.
Room needs updating. Carpet was worn. It did not merit 5 stars.

Located on Tokyo Bay with great views of the Rainbow Bridge. Five minute walk to nearest subway station and train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, but worn. Could stand to be updated. Mattress was firm. Their definition of queen-sized is equivalent to a full-sized bed. Free internet access in their business center on 20th floor.

Fantastic view of Tokyo Bay and Rainbow Bridge.
Room is not well maintained, dirty carpet and sofa.

The hotel location is overall OK since it is not very far from Tokyo station in which you can take train almost to every part of Tokyo. The hotel itself has got fantastic view since it is located right at the tip of Tokyo bay. Hotel rooms should be maintained more often though since it was a little bit dirty.

Nice service and great location.
Beds weren't as comfortable as they could be.

This is a great hotel centrally located in Tokyo Bay, close to all the hot spots in Tokyo!
