Additional resort fee!

False advertising when they add a mandatory fee (resort fee) to the room fee. We couldn't even use the pool and Jacuzzi because it was closed at night!

The rooms were very spacious.
They charged us a resort fee. It would not have been so bad but it was unexpected.

The staff was good to deal with they are kind and outgoing.

The room was comfortable and clean, love the pool, and love the parking garage.

We really enjoy the Nugget as it has nice rooms, restaurants and a super pool. I highly recommend it for families and couples.

Public areas were spacious, clean and inviting.
The room decor is outdated by a couple of decades!

If you don't mind lots of floral wallpaper, heavy velvet drapes and bedspreads and ultra-traditional furniture, this is a nice hotel. It just could be so much more with an investment in guest room updates. The beds are not extremely comfortable. I've had better at a Holiday Inn. Nice soaps and towels, and a nice restaurants.

Hot tub and the fish dinner, not the whole dinner just the fish was good.
The smokers were all around us, even our non smoking room was terrible.

If you are not a smoker avoid this place. It is not non- smoker friendly. The first thing they did was charge us $5.00 something about parking, no free internet, no coffee in the room, they charge you for everything, we would of had a better stay at 3 star motel and will never stay at a resort again.
