Well managed, friendly, competent.
Temporary problem, pool was unavailable.

Great hotel. Great restaurants and facilities. Spa and Gym better than most hotels. Staff was professional and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. I would stay there again.

Nice looking hotel. As a business traveler, I would not recommend this hotel. I need Internet to work, but there was none at his hotel.
Could hear everything happening in the room next to mine.

Not happy with my stay. The room was not cleaned one day, the Internet never worked, the noise in the next room was irritating. Will not stay here again.

The location.

The hotel is old fashion 5 stars which needs a bit of care in some of the areas. It is convenient for business travelers or people without kids. They have an amazing variety of tobaccos from all over the world and good variety of liquors. On the service side, it is very slow and not always caring about the guest concerns/questions. For a 5 start hotel, definitely is not a plus.
