For Hong Kong, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great.
The lobby was small and crowded.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff bend over backwards to make their patrons comfortable. The hotel is located near the tram line. There is a large (expensive)mall located within the hotel, which is connected to the Conrad Hilton and Shangri-La.

Clean, convenient and right above the subway station, good view of the harbor and mountain.
The gym is a little crowded.

We opted for executive floor privileges at extra cost. We were well worth it. Fantastic continental breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and cocktails. Hotel more than lived up to five star category.

Generally friendly staff, efficient when asked to be.
Poor attention to detail, particularly housekeeping. Renovated room was old, tired, sometimes poorly designed.
Room unspectacular, public spaces lack any charm or personality, and throughout the hotel suffers from lack of attention to detail: incompletely cleaned bathroom (same applied to hallways and lounge), toiletries or water provided or not, poor quality fruit, turn down or not.

Location is best.
Bed is like a rock, small old dusty rooms, concierge clueless.
I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The bed was the hardest bed I ever slept on. The room is rather small. The location by Pacific Place and the convenience of having the subway system at the basement are huge positives.

Great location and close to the MTR.
The mattress are hard as cement.
The hotel is great, well maintained and with a great staff. The mattress in the rooms should be improved as they are hard as a cement floor.

The staff was amazing.
The hairdryer was weak.
Great for short stay, pretty expensive but the staff and the view from our room made it worth it. Upgrade to the Harbor View rooms, really great view.

Business Friendly. But, Good For Leisure traveler, too.
Staff showed the western people every kindness. But, they do not the Oriental people such a kindness.
Mountain view is not good. But, I recommend sea view or harbor view to a romantic traveler.
