Very attentive staff.
No pool or hot tub.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready at the door, ready to offer an umbrella if needed. The rooms were very well appointed from the Bose clock radio to the very large big screen TV. The Concierges were very helpful. The location was great.

The location and the helpful assistance of the concierge.
The room had a mildew smell that was noticeable upon entering.
The hotel is nice, but not stellar. The bathroom is large, but very dark and requires guests to turn the full brightness of lights on for mid-night visits. Also, the shower is too small for big guys. The room had a faint mildew smell, as if the carpet had once been flooded and wasn't removed. The AC system is noisier than most and its design makes it hard to achieve comfortable sleeping temperature. The location (close to Union Square) and overall experience.
No free Internet, $55 valet parking for SUV's.
A very nice room on the 14th level with great view. Recently upgraded with nice bathroom and big TV. Comfortable beds. Too bad that wireless Internet was charged (overcharged) as is the mini bar. And paying $55 for parking your car is cooler also. In short it was a pleasant stay and a beautiful room to start our vacation.

The flat screen TV's and separate shower.
The room we stayed in was large, had a nice flat screen TV and king size bed. Each room had its own special button for immediate service. We did not use it. The rooms had stocked mini bars that were on some sort of timer. If you removed something for more than 15 seconds you were charged for it. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower and large vanity.

Room was very nice, bathroom was nice and big, lobby area was nice and location was amazing.
Table service in the lounge area was horrible, the bartender was the only one who was helpful in any way. Should have ice machines on the floors.
Great hotel for a getaway with the significant other. Our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and the location was great for getting pretty much anywhere either on foot or by public transit.
