Inexpensive and clean.
Common areas smelled like cigarette smoke.

The outside looked quite run down, but the rooms were remarkably well taken care of and clean. It does not matter to us, but the pool was out of service.

Clean rooms and sheets, but old.
TV
buzzed, pool broken.

Ok for an over nite, safe and clean, but old and beaten up.

The architecture of the buildings. The part we stayed in was clean and had a big tub.
Parts seems run-down, weedy, pot-holed, not maintained.

Has seen better times, but the room we stayed in was clean and up-to-date and had the best bathtub--long and wide. The owner was very cordial. Part of the motel looked almost abandoned. The pool was empty. No restaurant. But not bad for the price.

Shower did not work - No hot water

I have stayed in many hotels and this was the worse. I realize I could have called at the desk and complained but late at night and in my night gown he probably would of moved us and I was tired. TV did not work right along with the shower and hot water. The water also had a very bad taste. You should take this off of your hotel listing. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Left at 5am. Also the pool was out of order read more

It was quiet.
Did not get the continental breakfast, which was to be included.

We liked the architecture and the spaciousness of the room.

We enjoyed the vintage charm of this Frank Lloyd Wright creation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful when we came in late.

Rooms and halls were well lit.
Had to call to get someone to the desk at 4 in the afternoon.

The hotel was okay, it could use a little exterior upkeep. The pool was empty, but then it is the off season.

It was shoddy and the shower didn't work.

It is really rundown. The roof leaks in shared areas. The parking lot and exterior of the hotel were in disrepair. The shower didn't work. The price
sounded reasonable until we got there. It was not worth the price.

Location.
First room was dirty, had to move to another room.

In its heyday, it must have been an awesome Frank Lloyd Wright design, but is kind of run down. I know that they are in the process of doing some renovations; I would be interested in giving them another try in a couple of years to see what they have accomplished.
