Luxury hotel at a great price.
No shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station.
This was a great Tokyo hotel at a great price. Hotel was clean, luxurious, super courteous English-speaking staff and was the equivalent of the fancy Century Hyatt Hotel located across the street. Located about at about a 5-10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station (west side, Odakyu entrance), it is very conveniently located.

Excellent staff and service, as is typical of Japan.
Very conveniently located and elegant. Friendly service, useful shops. An old and new favorite of mine.

They upgraded us for one evening at no extra charge.
Two of the nights were in a room that was poor. So, we asked to be moved.
The hotel was fair. Not worth the money, and we would not stay there again. Toilet leaked, and I had to ask twice to get it fixed. Would not recommend to friends and family.

The hotel has rather spacious rooms, very friendly staff and is very conveniently located. Also a plus is the convenient store.
I liked everything.
The hotel is very family friendly and very conveniently located. Public transportation can be easily accessed and several shops are very close by. For those not willing to eat in the restaurants, there's a nice convenient store in the hotel, too. The staff including baby sitter service is very friendly, and we were provided a baby bed without any extra charge upon request. The double-bed room was quite spacious for Tokyo and we had enough space for two adults and two kids including one baby. read more

Everything was precisely taken care of. Arrangements for limousine bus, travel directions, shopping suggestions, etc. were great.
I wished that the checkout was at 12 noon and not 11 a.m.
If you are looking for a quality hotel with English speaking staff and guest friendly facilities that is located in an excellent district of Tokyo, this is it. The businesses and shopping is convenient, you get a sense of the modern Japanese culture and technologies just a few steps out of the hotel. The transportation facilities are also convenient to the hotel, be it train, air, car, or walking. The hotel is located between the quiet side of Shinjuku district and the lively night scene areas but is very safe, clean and convenient. The breakfast buffet is also educational and superb as it provides Japanese cultural foods and Western breakfasts that are prepared expertly by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants guaranteed quality and facilities where one can do business, relax and then enjoy sleep on unquestionably the best mattresses found in hotels. read more
