Kitchener Knights Inn

Overall, I'd say it would be fine for a single, male business traveler. It's not the kind of place I would suggest to a single woman or a family.

Owner was rude, insulting and very difficult to deal with. Although this room was priced low, I feel that due to the attitude and the cleanliness of the room, it was over priced. I would not recommend this motel. There was no need of the owner to be so difficult.

Decent enough for the money. Close to restaurants. Easy to find from the highway. Some effort has been made to update the place. Old phony wood paneling on the walls. Bed was ok but the mattress was kind of a cheapie. You could feel the springs a bit.

Room was okay. Bathroom was newly remolded and nice. No alarm clock but did have internet connection but didn't need that. New address due to new road configuration. Took 45 minutes to find it as we had the wrong address that is posted on the web! And this was at 8:30 at night! Overall not a bad place if you are only pit stopping. Manager was very nice and helpful.

Got me a minimum rate room at $82. Hotel had 'Queen Jacuzzi Suite $65' on their sign. Room had massive hot plate burn on carpet, in room refrigerator leaked carpet soaked. Smoking Room had burnt spots on everything and 0 ashtrays. No wastebaskets. Homeless hanging out on corner to sleep in wooded area across from entrance. NASTY place to stay at any price. Clean linens.
