Lowest price offered by Priceline.
Poorly maintained and poorly heated.
I only stayed in this particular hotel due to it was the cheapest offered by Priceline. I was not comfortable there and will never stay in another Knights Inn if I can help it.

Nothing.
Everything.
Room was filthy, I had to scrub the tub before my daughter could take a bath. Manager charged me extra $35 because there were 3 people in the room, my husband, myself and my 10 year old daughter.

Very friendly staff.
Poor lighting in rooms, tub drains were very slow, smelled of insecticide.
For a 1 star motel it was not bad. It was clean, but smelled of insecticide. No bugs though! Staff was very friendly. Location was
very convenient.

Convenience to Lenox and tours & events we were attending.
Room seemed clean with clean sheets, but had a Ladybug infestation. Then, we found a razor blade in the shower stall.
We were not expecting great, but clean rooms with ample space and basic amenities. This motel has a good location to Lenox and attractions.

Close to the places to eat.
The price and there was an odd odor in reception /desk area. air conditioner could not be controlled.
Came for a wedding. Holiday so hard to find last minute hotel. Will not stay at this one if in area again.

The price was inexpensive.
A large dead spider sat on our bathroom floor for 3 days and
uncleaned.
We got a smoking room--ok for the price, I guess. The windows had to be open 24/7 to make it bearable. The bathroom was barely adequate--a dead spider sat on our floor and was not cleaned for four days/three nights and there was mold visible in the shower and on the walls. After 3 nights in the room, all of our clothes had to be dry-cleaned to remove the permeating odor of stale smoke. read more

This was the best value for a summer weekend stay in Lenox, MA.
When I arrived, I realized this was a clean, well-run hotel that may not have had some of the amenities most travelers are used to, but that also does not promise them. All things considered, this was a good value for my money.
