The bed was comfortable.
There were no electrical outlets in the vanity area.
The room was too dark in areas where people like lighting (i.e. the vanity area) and there was no electrical outlets where one could plug in a hair dryer or curling iron. Also there was no alarm clock or any way to tell time in the room. I would not want to stay here again.

Good location. Right in the middle of downtown.
The building is old and the appearance is not good. Although the room was probably fairly clean, it did not appear or feel clean.

Comfortable & Quite.
Everything was OK.
We had a nice room and it was quite which I like. The bed was comfortable. All in all we enjoyed out one night stay.

Cheap.
No coffee maker in room.
Not suitable for families.
This hotel could be very noisy on a weekend. The continental breakfast is really marginal. No real food. No coffee maker in the room as advertised. The parking was good. The water was hot.

Appreciated condo style room with full kitchen. Nice amenities with computer access, pool, BBQ, volleyball court and fantastic weight room.
No Wi-Fi access in the rooms, non-smoking rooms had been smoked in, not enough towels for a family especially with the pool.
Nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, beach volleyball court, BBQ, fantastic weight room, business center, coin-op laundry facilities.

Convenient downtown location and close to shops and river walk.
The room was clean and easy to find. The location was great to check out all the little shops in Pendleton.

Price and convenience.
Placed in a handicapped single bed room with my daughter when bigger rooms were available.
Hotel was fine for the price. Hotel met our expectations except not putting us in a room with two beds when several were available, but for the price, we made due.

It was central located so I was able to walk where I wanted to go.
Nothing.
I really liked the location I had went down to do the underground tour and where the motel was I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go which was nice because I did not have to drive and figure out where to park once I was downtown the motel is an older motel but it was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. I will stay there again. It was very cold and I could not get the heat working and I called the office and immediately they fixed the problem and I had heat and they were very friendly. read more

Staff was very friendly and accomodating of other family members who chose to stay.
No hot water in the evening, fine in the a.m.
Would have been better if I had been able to shower at night but water would not get above tepid temperature in the evening. Mornings were fine, though. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The motel old but in good condition and clean.

Clean and close to downtown.
Parking was difficult.
When I lived in Pendleton, this was one of the better hotels. Even though it has changed names, it is a very good hotel for the money. The attached restaurant is pricey but good. Parking is extremely limited.
