It was convenient stop along our route and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially considering our very late arrival.
The actual location of the hotel on the road was inconvenient. It was impossible to make a left turn into the parking lot. A U-turn was required.

Somehow, I got a smoking room rather than a non-smoking room. Also, the bannister railing was dangerously loose. The TV remote wasn't working. But the WiFi was working and the staff got me a new remote in a jiffy.
