Great location, friendly and efficient staff.
The bathroom was way too small and restaurants were too pricey.

The whole ambiance of the hotel, great food, easy access to business center to print out boarding passes, plenty of restaurants to choose from.
No pool for the kids.
Fabulous restaurants, wonderful garden filled with serenity, friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, convenient and totally enjoyable.
No pool.
Kyoto Garden Hotel was a refreshing experience. The gardens were lovely. The restaurants/bar were impressive.

Too old condition inside the rooms.
I don't like the hotel because there is no swimming pool, and the parking is too expensive.

The Japanese garden is beautiful.
Rooms are very plain with hard beds! $24.00 self-parking fee is ridiculous!
There is nothing special about the rooms at this property. The beds are very hard and the bathrooms are in need of updating. The $24.00 daily fee for self-parking is outrageous. We were surprised and disappointed that a 3 star hotel did not have a pool. I do have to admit that the concierge was very helpful and gave great directions to a movie as well as dining tips.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Little Tokyo is wonderful.
The room, the over priced Azalea restaurant.
We will not be staying here again. The staff was great but the room was average and the carpet was stained, not with little stains but big ones. I have pictures of that and the missing tiles in the bath tub and the phone jack under the desk that was hanging there open and exposed. Good thing I didn't have a curious toddler with me.

The lobby + gardens were nice.
No pool, no continental breakfast, felt like they charged for every extra thing.
The Kyoto Grand was an ok hotel, we had just come from a small boutique hotel, though, which maybe skewed our experience. There was no complimentary breakfast, parking was expensive, instead of a flat rate for a roll-away bed they charged us for every night, and there was no pool. The lobby area was very nice, though, and a Starbucks was attached, which was extra-convenient.
