Very unique atmosphere, modern but comfortable, excellent service.
I've got nothing.
I know lots of people say this about higher end hotels, but this was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We were a little early for check in and our room wasn't ready. They bumped us up to an ocean view room no questions asked and without us making a fuss about it. It ended up being a great deal since we named our price. The hotel is very modern with white marble everywhere in the lobby and a multi-level swimming pool and outdoor lounge area with comfortable couches and chairs. We stayed at another well known 4.5 star chain hotel later in our trip and La Concha was much better. I really can't say enough about how good the staff was. Everyone we encountered from the bell staff to front desk were overly accommodating and extremely helpful. If we are ever back in Puerto Rico we'll definitely return. read more

Beautiful Hotel. Wonderful amenities. Excellent Service. Overpriced buffet breakfast but loved the outdoor restaurant. They had excellent choice of wines and the tapas were delicious. Great location. Lots of shopping and attractions nearby.

My overall experience was superb! The hotel is beautiful.
The staff was knowledgeable and personable. The food at La Perla was 2nd to none and the atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and it has everything you need.
Our trip for based in our family and we had little ones, I think was the only one with a little one there. Other than that, it was great!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into this resort. It is tremendously beautiful in and out. My room was clean and everything in it's place. I was at the first floor and had the best view, right next to the pool for my girls and a great place to relax and enjoy our food and drinks. The private balcony was a plus for my husband since he like to have his own privacy. The private beach was incredible! I can't describe in any other words how great this resort was. I would definitely return on my next trip and recommenced to anybody! read more
