The hotel is extremely beautiful and it has everything you need.
Our trip for based in our family and we had little ones, I think was the only one with a little one there. Other than that, it was great!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into this resort. It is tremendously beautiful in and out. My room was clean and everything in it's place. I was at the first floor and had the best view, right next to the pool for my girls and a great place to relax and enjoy our food and drinks. The private balcony was a plus for my husband since he like to have his own privacy. The private beach was incredible! I can't describe in any other words how great this resort was. I would definitely return on my next trip and recommenced to anybody! read more

The concierge was amazing!
Ongoing construction on both sides of the hotel.
I had a great experience at La Concha. I was at the top floor, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We ate breakfast on the balcony a few times, and enjoyed the beautiful views each time. The hotel is centrally located so you can just walk up and down the street to different high quality restaurants. The concierge was amazing and got us into activities and restaurants that we wouldn't have been able to book at the last minute on our own. I would highly suggest staying in this hotel. If you don't like loud music, bring some earplugs! read more

Very nice decor, view from the room, good Perla Restaurant.
Fumes of restaurant smelled the room, staff was
not helpful.
Beautiful restaurant with good location, unfortunately they have not defined who they want to have as guess. Lobby looks pleasant but loud techno music not conducive to a conversation and service is very slow and not friendly. Festivities of New Year were more like an out door park party (not classy) that went on until after 5AM and the music would not allow you to sleep.

The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens & a featherbed. The electronics included stereo, MP3 player, DVD/CD player, radio, alarm.
It was a busy holiday weekend & I felt the front desk was understaffed as there was always a line at the desk.
La Concha was a nice hotel with quality amenities & friendly, helpful staff in a great location. It was a modern decor, but still has a tropical feel at the pools. I did not dine there, but had poolside drinks & the mojitos & service were great!

Staff was very accommodating and hotel was very well kept.
Should have more native island food.
The hotel is very upscale, in a prime location and very well kept. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were contemporary and very up to date. The resort overall was a 10+!

The rooms were spacious and we had a great view of the ocean.
When we checked in the lobby was very noisy due to loud music playing in the bar.
Although are stay was short we could not of asked for a nicer hotel room with a great view of the ocean. We stayed at the hotel the night before our cruise. We would definitely recommend the La Concha to others.

The location was good and the accommodations were very nice.
The breezeway to the room was open to the elements therefore making it difficult to control the humidity in the room.
We enjoyed this location and the ocean front room. We would not hesitate to stay here again and next time maybe even try to stay for longer.

The pool area was beautiful.
We were looked down by the staff.
The hotel is very beautiful. As a hispanic, I encountered way too many inquiries as to whether I was staying on the premises, which I found very rude. Nice service at the bar.

Hotel was nothing less than spectaular.
This hotel, all the staff, the completely renovated rooms including the bathrooms, and the service in all areas of the hotel and complex was nothing less than amazing. Loved the pools on the different levels front and back. Would highly recommend to anyone!
