The room was luxury, quiet and clean. The location is also good for shopping and sight seeing. They gave us a complimentary transport service in a few miles.

People were helpful.
While hotel and grounds were very nice, the rooms were very small and you could hear everything. Hotel was a little far from the plaza. If I were able to pick my own 4-5 star hotel, I would have picked the El Dorado.

Fantastic location, staff and accommodations.
Not a thing!
Romantic/family friendly hotel. Accommodating/comfortable rooms. Great ambiance, restaurants, and entertainment. Staff was beyond pleasant and hospitable. Grounds were gorgeous. Pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Can't say enough about this hotel.

Beautiful premises.
Hidden charges.
I was told on arrival that there would be a $30/day resort fee. If I had known, I would get this hotel before I bid, I would not have booked, as the resort fee was about a 30 percent increase over the amount I bid.

Convenient location. Walkable to town.
Lawn blowers woke me up two mornings in a row. Internet service was spotty and slow at times.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice patios and landscaping, outdoor fireplaces, walking distance to plaza and restaurants.
We liked the atmosphere and staff at this hotel. The kids loved the outdoor fireplace where the hotel provided supplies for making S'mores. It was an easy walk to the Santa Fe attractions and restaurants of the historic district. The room was nice but not super family friendly (meaning no fridge, no microwave, no separate toilet room or sink).
